Our heat treatable steel according to DIN EN 10083-1 and -2 comprises steel types used in mechanical engineering and suitable for tempering due to their chemical composition. Case hardening steel according to DIN EN 10084 covers steel types of relatively low carbon content, destined for carbonising or carbo-nitrating with subsequent tempering. |
